The SINCERE TECH is plastic mold maker in China, they Safety Mold Lift Ring is manufactured of 4140 heat-treated parts for a 4″ and 5″ fork version. They come with an assortment of screws to fit in mold lift holes.
The lift ring works by the cams self-centering and clamps to the lift truck fork using the weight of the object lifted. This eliminated lifting with a chain wrapped around the fork, which is the way I have often seen it done. The chain often ends up off center, sometimes slipping, or needing multiple adjustments to lift safely. Using a chain often involves 2 people, one on the fork truck and one hooking up and adjusting the chain. With our lift ring, one person screws it into the lift hole, and then the same person can operate the fork truck. Now no person is hooking up the lift apparatus while the fork truck is moving. This eliminates pinched fingers during the “hook up” and eliminates the danger of someone standing near the load and checking out the lift apparatus while the lifting is happening and being in danger of the load falling if the chain is improperly attached. No one standing near the load means no one to get hurt.
When setting the load down the cams automatically release and the fork truck can back out. Again no person is near the load and therefore is it less dangerous than the methods used currently. It allows the fork truck driver to set the object up on storage racks and no person has to go disconnect the lift mechanism. Again it is a one-man operation with nobody near the heavy object.

The two sizes are to fit a 4 inch and 5 inch wide fork.
5-inch wide forks are most often used on fork trucks from 4,000 to 6,000 lb capacity.
